Under Settings on the left, select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Click the Download Full Message button.

Large messages sometimes won't automatically download the whole content of the email. The mail application places a limit on the amount of content it will download.

If the mail application fails to download an email properly, try backing out to the Inbox and reopening the message.

If images are not displaying automatically, you can manually adjust your settings. Gmail will automatically display images by serving them through their own secure proxy servers. Open an email from the specific sender.

To display images for individual senders:.

A note will appear at the top of the email.

Click For this message at the top of the email.

The image might have been removed from the ShulCloud file manager, or the image may be hosted on a page that is not available to people that are not logged in.

ShulCloud supports images in a JPG or PNG format.

Sometimes the image is just too large or in a format that the email client doesn't support.

If the settings in your email client are correct and you still can't view images:,

The first thing to check is that your email client is enabled to display images. Sometimes the images in a ShulCloud email might not display properly.
